isolation leaves room for false narratives in your head to be the loudest. it’s like a disease when you have been alone for a long time. when a situation you might be running through your head or the way that person talked to you may have been upsetting. immediately that thought can lead to an abyss of a narrative that can be totally wrong. it’s uncomfortable to confront someone about how they made you feel but in the end communication in a peaceful manner always outweighs being isolated and identifying with the false narrative. community and communication have been a big help to my progress in life. sometimes the tone someone used was misunderstood and they meant it in a totally different way. at some point there has to be a turning point of growth to want change, otherwise you’ll be swallowed up by the false narrative about a person or a thing.
